On Monday, May 1, singer and actor Manu Rios attended The Metropolitan Museum of Art’s 2023 Met Gala, also known as The Costume Institute Benefit, wearing KARL LAGERFELD couture.
In creating Manu’s look, KARL LAGERFELD Design Director Hun Kim was inspired by Karl’s own style in the 1970s.
Manu wore a cropped shirt jacket made from wool twill, layered over a high-neck cotton shirt with a silk-satin cravat and cummerbund. This was paired with slim-leg pants with a slit at the bottom hemline, mimicking Karl’s own look.
