May 19th, 2018 Cannes (France) – Tonight, Taiwanese actor and jury member, Chang Chen illuminated the red carpet with a High Jewellery Panthère de Cartier brooch paired with a Santos Dumont calendar aperture and power reserve watch at the Closing Ceremony and screening of Terry Gilliam’s The Man Who Killed Don Quixote.
