BOTTEGA VENETA PRESENTS ITS FALL/WINTER 2018 COLLECTION IN NEW YORK
Bottega Veneta presented its Fall/Winter 2018 collection in New York, a one-season-only event. The show and cocktail party celebrated the opening of the brand’s new Maison flagship at 740 Madison Avenue.
WHO: Celebrities dressed in Bottega Veneta included Priyanka Chopra, Poppy Delevingne, Dylan Penn, Salma Hayek Pinault, Ana de Armas, Julianne Moore, Liv Freundlich, Arizona Muse, Soo Joo Park, Jannis Niewöhner, Wu Lei, Yui Sakuma and Kyoko Hasegawa.
WHAT: The Fall/Winter 2018 collection, inspired by the architecture and people of New York, was presented on a runway created in collaboration with scenic designer Scott Pask. Designed to look like an elegant apartment, the set juxtaposed iconic mid-century Italian furniture, contemporary pieces from Bottega Veneta’s Furniture collection and modern American sculpture with a stark but serene Brutalist backdrop.
WHERE: Bottega Veneta is the first fashion brand to stage its runway show at the American Stock Exchange at 86 Trinity Place.
