Camilla Norrback has created herself a world wide reputation for her surprisingly fashiony eco line.
A line that she has pioneered a long time before Eco could even be considered being Chic.

For spring Norrback returned to her Finish/Swedish roots, and more specifically a historic 1860s house , called Carlso.
It’s mythical socialites, romantically adorned tiles , luxurious table cloths and architecture served as inspiration as the designer hoped to convey her sentimental memories of a mythical past that exists only in her memory.

Her memories surfaced through a strong attention to detailing for the collection, with an increased use of materials like lace made of recycled polyester and recycled cotton.
Shows came in MaryJane-type style wedges made out of naturally tanned leather, heels of cork and sole made of recycled rubber.

A solid attempt for spring however one can’t help but feel that the collection concentrated far too much on pieces that fade to grey rather than the standout individual pieces one seeks for summer.
